My dear girl,
I can point out your stories number by number:
1) You know no one else used his Facebook profile pic to build a profile using said pic on a dating web site.
2) We've ALL seen the charm. We've also all seen the way he treated you in our presence. We are aware of the way he treats you.
3) "I am interviewing them!"
4) It's all that bitch's fault. She was just pissed about her boyfriend getting fired, so she used him to get back at the company. He didn't really do anything wrong.
5) The mind games...he lives with you, but he's got a gaggle of chicks on the side. He's charming, then he's not. He makes you feel like he's the best you can do-he's not.
6) He immediately goes into rage mode, regardless of who's around. We've seen it.
7) He chose you because you're short and over-weight, and you don't wear make up or fix your hair. You feel like you're lucky to have such a cute guy to hang with. He knows this, and by fucking around on you all the time, he reminds you of those insecurities, continuously. So he gets to get away  with whatever he wants.
8) All of the sudden, he's an amazing father. All of the sudden, he is understanding of love and plays that role very, very well.
9) He has never once been sorry enough for cheating on you to actually stop cheating on you.

These are all things I have seen first hand. I'm not trying to form a bond with you. It's just that you got yourself into a real sticky situation, here. You need to pay very close attention to what is happening to you. Do not lose who you are. You can love him, if it behooves you to do so, but understand, he is a full time job, one you need to be keenly, keenly aware of. And do your research.

I truly want him to finally have a family. We all need to understand what we are dealing with so that we can support him. This isn't his fault. This is simply what he knows to be normal for him.

Knowledge is power...
